Madeleine is a Senior Policy Adviser at the Ada Lovelace Institute. She develops Ada’s approach and strategy on a range of data policy issues, including biometrics and AI governance.

Prior to joining Ada, Madeleine worked at the Centre for Data Ethics and Innovation, where she focused on algorithmic decision-making, and contributed to the Centre’s international engagement.

She holds a Master’s in social science of the internet, and a Master’s of public policy.
