Elsa Donnat is a Talos Fellow at the Ada Lovelace Institute, working in the Law and Policy team. Prior to joining Ada, Elsa was a Summer Fellow at the Center for the Governance of AI (GovAI), where she focused on agentic AI governance. She has participated in and mentored for various policy and technical research programmes in AI, and previously worked in compliance at a Swiss private bank.

Elsa holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Geneva and a Master of Laws from the University of Zurich. She also holds an LLM in International Business Law from King’s College London and completed the Law Foundation Course (conversion to English law) at BPP University.
