Elliot is a Researcher at the Ada Lovelace Institute. He is currently working on rapid response policy work. At Ada, he has previously led research on the ethics of public service media recommendation systems, vaccine passports and digital contact tracing apps.
Elliot has previously been a Researcher at Demos’ Centre for the Analysis of Social Media, working on the Online Safety Bill, online disinformation and advertising transparency. He was also a 2022 Summer Fellow at the Centre for Governance of AI.
