Algorithmic impact assessment: AIA template

The completion of an algorithmic impact assessment (AIA) is required by the NHS AI Lab team to grant access to the National Medical Imaging Platform (NMIP) dataset.

This template is supported by a  user guide which provides step-by-step guidance for project teams on how to complete this assessment.
